Say no at least 5 times a day and make a good, reasonbable excuse to why so. Remember, if you say yes to everything, people whom you hang with will get spoiled and you’ll be in a real pickle until you just SNAP!!!!

so every time i dont wanna do something that someone else does, i end up feeling bad because i dont want to hurt their feelings and i say it’s ok. for like everything. how can i say no? all that happens is i end up getting sad or hurt in the process…
