On one of the nights I did neck and shoulder stretches instead of the programme. The day after that I did not do any stretches, because my neck hurt! Forgot tonight, when I got home, will just do them now before bed…
Ok, so I did the week-one-stretches for the first time. I felt supremely stupid, although my cats looked very entertained. It should have taken me around 15 minutes, but I only took 8. I guess I am breathing too fast. And I am not sure I did the various positions right. But I am not getting too uptight about it. Mostly because I need some dinner. And it was the first time. Try again tomorrow night!
....stretching and decided that I want to learn how to do that properly. Did not want to ask the guys at the gym, so I finally picked up a book at my local bookstore today (any excuse to go into a bookshop and spend money) and bought this really nice looking book on stretching. It says I should do it 15 minutes a day, so I will try! There is a 21-day posture programme in it that sounds like a good thing to begin with…
