Jason is on a roll
But they went back to “keg mode” after a sports related injury.
How I did it: I Accomplished this goal fairly quickly, i was determind which i believe is the key. It all started when all the girls were lifting my mates shirt so being me i decided to try, I did a large amount of sit ups and jackknifes in the evening and in the morning it was coming through, after continuing sit-ups and exercising frequently i accomplished this!
Lessons & tips: Be determind, it's the key; You CAN do it!
Sit-ups and crunches to help the abs then do exercise to burn bodyfat

Working on it :) Well, not really. But swim practice has started and I see my abs emerging.
Searching__ has realised that his life is gradually petering out...
I do ab crunches etc, but i’m only 15 and it’s becoming harder with homework and tests. I need will power.
From tomorrow I will begin exercising, and each month I’m gonna drop a comment on how I’m doing, weight loss, muscle build up etc :)
I’ve just started working towards a 6 pack, about 3 weeks ago and I’m seeing a very slight result.
I used to have them in college, then I met my best friend beer. Then I got married. now I am a 36” waist and am approaching 195 lbs. (i am 5’9”) I really have no time to work out and I eat like your typical American….shitally wish me luck!
I’m physically fit, and well built. I have a small ammount of fat on my stomach. I want to lose it, and have defined abs for at least once in my life. My diet is the only reason holding me back.
Ok, I use to have abs with no effort put in at all. now my 24 and i’ve a belly a sumo would be proud of. Don’t really remember when my abs went into hiding, but must of been around 16 or 17 years old. anyway, going to join a gym and make an effort to do some crunches or something a few times a week

I started on a diet a few days before christmas. This may have been the worst time to start a diet, but honsetlym there really is no “perfect time,” or “right time.” There never will be a best time to do things other than right now. So that’s what I did. I started off OK. I lost a few pounds. Then, christmas came and went. I pigged out. It’s ok. I saw this coming. Then New Years. That’s ok too. So I just will pick u where I left off.
No biggie.
Lets keep this shit moving through the easy times and the adversity.

keep sticking to the diet. Stay with for longer than a month. Keep it up.
