last year, while wandering around the english department of a university campus, i came across a bunch of books for sale by the honour system, with a little box for donations if you decided to take a book. i spotted Canada on Stage 1982-1986 and a question mark apeared above my head. i had been quite involved with theatre as a kid, and sure enough, there was my name printed, three times, and the roles i played. it was weirdly exciting.
