    No more going to bed when I’m not tired and laying there tossing and turning.

    No more staying in bed all day, unless I’m sick.

    No more crying in bed.

    No more procrastinating washing my sheets/duvet cover.

    No more staying up until 6am then sleeping all day.

    No more staying up for 24+ hours straight.

    No more sleeping to get away from things.

    I am going to go to bed at a regular(ish) time.

    I am going to get up before noon.

    I am going to go to bed when I get sleepy.

    I am going to get up when my alarm goes off.

    I am going to have a REGULAR sleep schedule.
