practice better sleeping habits

Just kidding. I can never sleep at night unless something is going on – such as my brothers playing Rock Band outside or my parents watching a soap opera. The thing is is that I have a tendency to stay up late writing..so. D:

No more going to bed when I’m not tired and laying there tossing and turning.

No more staying in bed all day, unless I’m sick.

No more crying in bed.

No more procrastinating washing my sheets/duvet cover.

No more staying up until 6am then sleeping all day.

No more staying up for 24+ hours straight.

No more sleeping to get away from things.

I am going to go to bed at a regular(ish) time.

I am going to get up before noon.

I am going to go to bed when I get sleepy.

I am going to get up when my alarm goes off.

I am going to have a REGULAR sleep schedule.
