After doing a timeless amount of push-ups..my pecs are finally coming in..but i will still continue to do them =D
On doing this I’m currently working on doing 70 puch ups at one time every 30 mins…
Any other suggestions?
just got a chest Expander, anyone know how effective they are? i got the boditek one with the 5 spings
...I can mark this as done based on finding it easier to do pushups and planks.
I’ve got the okay from my personal training mother that the exercises I chose…
- dips
- dumbbell flies, inclined
- dumbbell presses, inclined
...will in fact help improve my pecs. I actually called her to figure out what weight I should start out with and she said 8lbs.
Why are you laughing? I told you I need to work on my upper body. :-)
The little program I have though says that I have to do a set of flies then a set of presses with one weight then superset back to the flies and presses again only this time using HALF the weight. I’m allowed a 90 sec break and then do it all over again.
There’s no four pound weights so it looks like I’m gonna have to go with 10 lbs then finish with the 5 lbs.
On top of that, today’s a running day. Oh, and then I do a late night hip hop cardio class (don’t ask). And it doesn’t stop there, as today’s the first day of a vegan fast/cleansing.
[A la Blair Witch…] I’m…so…scared…
...be able to do those 20 push ups.
Finally, for the first time in my life I’ll have some arm strength.
I’ll look up two or three exercises that I can fit into my current program (which focuses on upper body work) and integrate them starting Monday.
I use the program till the end of February so I hope I’ll see some progress during the month.
..and that means a basement.
..a basement with a weight room.
..nice.
