so, since i upped my weight loss goal to 25 pounds, i’ve started counting calories and paying attention to how much I eat. but I’m also paying attention to WHAT I eat. for example, a cookie from panera is like 400 calories (that’s about 1/3 of my daily allowance). veggies and fruits, on the other hand, allow me to eat more throughout the day. i guess i should have figured all this out before now, but I just didn’t care enough.
