My dad’s friend fixed the stereo. He replaced the right front speaker. The back speakers were out because they weren’t connected properly, so that was easily fixed. The radio wasn’t working because of the stereo unit itself, so we got a new stereo for the car. It now works like a dream! Yay!
I took my car in to get her girlie parts looked at. Everything is okay, despite the check engine light being on. Other things were fixed and she is running very well. I still need to get the stereo and antenea looked at. I got a recommendation from my car place for a place I could take it to get those parts fixed. We’ll see if it happens before I leave for New Zealand.
2 and 5 are done.
Now for 3/4 and my car needs another checkup because the check engine light is on…
I keep washing my car! Yay! This is good as when I had my first car I just waited for it to rain. I considered that washing my car…
But lately I’ve been able to keep my little Alice clean. While this is a step in the right direction, she still needs her other lady parts looked at and fixed.
I’ve been attempting to find a place that will fix her stereo, but no one seems to know of a good place. Instead I think I’m going to take her to a repair place that I know of to get her checked up and ask the guys there where I should go. I think that’s a good idea. :)
I washed my car today! Woot! It was a nice hot summer day and when I got home from work it was still hot and I had just enough time to wash it. One step down, five more to go.
Here is what I need to do:
1. Wash it!
2. Get the oil changed
3. Fix the stereo
4. Fix the antenna
5. Take it in for its “past 100,000 miles” checkup
6. Get alignment/tires checked
Ok i just got my car back from getting a new engine. Tomorrow i am gonna clean it, then check the radiator and put fluid in it.true story
