i got all the way through the levels and realy liked it but then didn’t no wat to do

i switched this from rowing to swimming,
simply because i wont start rowing for a few months
but i’ll be swimming in a few weeks
there’s a lap pool by my house
and i’m going to do it
i started swimming for a triathlon. So far so good but let me tell you it is TOUGH!
I’m trying to swim 1 mile and have to have it done in 4 weeks.
I took swimming lessons as a kid, and I’ve always loved swimming for fun. I tried to join the swim team when I was younger, but I couldn’t breath and swim at the same time, so I quit after the first day. I’ve always been a runner, but because of bad shin splints my body just can’t do it anymore. I won’t be able to start swimming until I graduate and get a real job in a couple months so that I can afford a gym membership. But I need to do this and get the weight off that I’ve gained over the last 7 years.
At the moment I’m doing it 3 times a week!
Swimming for 45 mins doing 1300m a time…
I’m going to aim for 2000m in 60 mins by end of the month
im doing this :) I got a mambership card and im actully like doing it, so it wont be hard to keep up. Hopefully i will get a lean and fit body soon :)
yay! i actually dont this twice now and it really wasnt that hard to do it straigh after work as i thought. i just went and i did not end up being heaps more tired as i feard – i just felt great :)
