struggles to move in the morning 11 months ago

Yeah it might sound stupid but the depression doesn’t help, I wake up fine but getting up is a real struggle. I’m going to find my alarm clock and set it for 7:30 every day except weekends. My mum leaves the house at 8 each day so I’m aiming to be out of bed by the time she leaves. I also want to sort out a morning routine that includes proper skincare (moisturising) and will hopefully leave me feeling more energised.

I moved somewhere, where my bedroom window had very see-through curtains and the sun would rise on my side of the house everyday
5.30 wake up from the sunlight everyday…

I totally give up on this.
There’s no way that I’m gonna achieve this. I love sleep so much that I’ll only wake up when I’m hungry. No, I can’t continue to sleep when I’m hungry :(

i used to be…in the summer i am….not this time of year though!!! i just want to stay snuggled in my flannel sheets with my hubby & kitties and SLEEP!!!!

i was in bed…i just didn’t sleep. i had this sweet little kitty snuggled up to me purring herself to sleep & just as i would start to doze off, she’d shift & i was afraid i would roll over & crush her! but it was the biggest thing that made me smile all day…

really is getting out of bed earlier…most Saturdays, i like to sleep until 10 or later…but when you have sweet kitty faces looking at you & meowing quietly for breakfast, it’s hard not to get up with a smile

i need to get out of bed no later than 5:15AM so i can do my pilates workout(30 min) & still have a few minutes for coffee before hopping into the shower & going to work…
