finish knitting christmas stockings

Well I haven’t started making Christmas stockings yet but I finally found a pattern that I like! Once I get my hands on it I will start. I am a little nervous because I haven’t even knit a sock before and I am not comfortable with changing colors a lot. Both of these things have to be done in the pattern(s) that I chose. I like the look of homemade stockings, so I am starting out with one for me and my long time boyfriend. I don’t expect them to be done by this Christmas, but hopefully by next.

I started last October with the lofty goal of finishing a dozen or more for my family by Christmas. When Christmas came, three (I think) were done, so this is becoming a longer project… I’ll try to post a photo when my 43T reminder note comes in…
