Own a bed and breakfast

Well, I would like to Illustrate and write children’s books as a career, and my husband will probably be a history professor… but we won’t do that forever?!! Maybe we will… who knows… but I just think owning a B&B one day would be terrific!

I would love to save up money, move to the coast, start a bed and breakfast and make it a family business with my children involved.

I found the most beautiful house that would be a perfect B&B! Its three stories, but it has a 90 ft tower and its so beautiful, a wonderful grade II listed house completed in 1873. 7 Bedrooms, three reception rooms, massive Kitchen and a giant conservatry, Would be so amazing to change into a B&B, however its also a million and a half pounds!!

312K and would need much more in renovations to get it going, but now I know what I can work toward. If someone already has the money and wants to start their B&B, I think this house on Penn in Indy is one hell of a deal.

so I can get an idea of what a certain amount of money can buy and how much I realistically need to have to invest! ;-)

I think this place would make a wonderful one! I just need to have the money to buy next time I see cool potential!

How great would it be to own a little bed and breakfast in some little village in England. The only down side is i really hate making the bed, but i guess i could hire someone for that! I don’t think this goal is likely… But hey, im young i can dream a little while longer!

I planned the initial expenses to get started in this business. It is going to take a lot of money! So, I won’t be able to do this goal till much later in life, when I have saved up a ton of cash.
