I was walking downtown this afternoon. When I saw my reflection in a restaurant window,I was shocked by how sloppy I looked; with faded jeans that were too big for me, ugly brown shoes, and a black jacket. The jacket was the only thing that looked decent.

So, I spent the evening shopping. I got black leggings, sweater dresses and boots (my first winter boots ever).

I have no more jeans in my wardrobe! Yay! 3 months ago

Since I’ve added this goal, I haven’t worked much on it except for looking for inspiration for my new style.
I don’t like shopping for clothes. I only buy when the need arises, so my wardrobe is a collection of tops and bottoms that are vaguely coordinated…Plus for 20+ years, my go-to look was jeans-Tshirt, but now I’m so sick of wearing jeans! Even my boyfriend is sick of it…lol

Mr. K moved most of his clothes to Nevada, so almost everything left in the closet is mine. It is a really big walk-in closet, the kind of closet where you just put things in there and sort of forget about them. The new house has a smaller closet.

Now, I can see all those clothes, many of them have just been languishing in there for, well, years. I see several trips to the Good will happening in the near future. 4 months ago
