i tend to get very close to a 6 pack and then i dont work out for a month and kill all progress that i made. however, im sure i could easily get one by getting more skinny, like 5-10 pounds less or something, but im a college athlete so i kinda need the weight i have. so im trying to get a 6 pack without losing a bunch of weight.

So my family has always struggled with weight, including me. I remember being about eight or nine years old and never wanting to take my shirt off because I was self-conscious. I never knew exactly why. My three older sisters used to always make fun of me. I won’t get into that. I’m almost twenty four now and I’ve definitely come a long way since then. I’ve been going to the gym regularly working on muscle mass with my upper body. I’ve seen quite a difference since then, and it’s very motivating. The key is you just have to keep at it. When you look in the mirror every day, it’s difficult to notice any subtle differences.
I’ve read so many tips and ways to get your “belly off” but my big problem is pretty much how picky I am with food. I despise vegetables, salads, and pretty much everything else. I mainly eat pizza, hamburgers, french fries, and crap like that. I know it’s going to haunt me in the future and I’d love to change – it’s going to take some time though.
i eat pretty good but now after not losing any weight lately i have to take it even further, wish me luck, i weigh 130 at 5’9 so i don’t have far to go but the last bit is the toughest to lose
Yup :) I might put up a picture later if I feel like it but… who knows. More definition, at least I’d say so. Definitely worth it. Results = Very Good :)
It really wasn’t that hard to do. It’s 100% Diet. Stop eating all the bad food, and boom! I would recommend this to anybody. It’s a huge self-esteem boost.
So I’ve got one… close enough to count but I’m not going to count this as complete until it’s more defined. Very good progress, and I was going to post a picture but my mirrors are dirty and I need to get the flash to not interfere. I want to though :-/ I’ll figure it out tomorrow or soon and put it up.
So accomplished, but not completely.

Josh16 asks,
“I currently have a 4pack and am now after a 6 pack, ill be starting swimming to build my chest muscles. How long should it take? Will having a 4 pack already mean it will take me less time? What sort of exercise would be the best way to get a 6 pack?”
