I would like to go back to school and get a Masters in either Arts Administration or MBA—emphasis in Marketing
Opposite ends of the spectrum in a lot of ways… non-profits vs corporations…
How I did it: It was a long journey, but I focused on enjoying the trip, not on the end goal. I really started the coursework because I wanted to learn and enjoyed the subject, not to get the master's degree. That's the key - you've got to want to learn the material and enjoy it.
Lessons & tips: Don't think about how long it'll take or all the work, just take it one day at a time. The years will pass one way or another, what will you have to show for it in the end?
Resources: With age comes wisdom, so my age and experience was my greatest strength. It's much easier going back to school as an adult (although the added responsibilities make it more difficult to find time).

I stopped this for about 2 years, and then started back up in fall 2007. I just need to take classes in spring 07 and two summer sessions. Then I’m done!!
