face and overcome my fears

writing the fear down here, helped, so I looked up the e-mail response.

Well, it looks serious, not aimed at giving me a bad result.

Pooh!

One of such fears is when I asked for something serious to then get the answer for that. Because I always fear, I could have offended the opposite side by just asking for that serious bit. – I don’t have that fear when asking for something I can live without or when I know the other one very well.

So, this time, the potential future employer told me they’d offer me the job with a salary decreased by one seventh although they okayed the 7/7 during the job interview. So, I shot a mail over to ask whether that salary’s for X or X+20% hours a week.

Now, I fear to have a look into my inbox to see what their reply is.

I’d like to know how to overcome this one fear.

That is, for example, to meet big companies as potential employers.
