I was in the math portion of my PSAT and I slept… and I had an awesome Lucid Dream! It was based on one of the stories Im making for my manga. SO COOL! I was happy.
How I did it: I had a lucid dream and looked it up...after about one month or reading and becoming active in a community, and keeping a "dream journal" i could induce lucid dreams. Read how I did it…
How I did it: For 4 months I was practising on and off using all these guides that people have on the internet, it wasn't working so i gave up. a month later I had it, and it was amazing, but sure enough as the experts say, as soon as you realise you're lucid dreaming in your lucid dream and you get too excited- you wake up. I'd already had a really good dream by this point though so wasn't bothered. It was truly fantastic though and better than I imag… Read how I did it…

Last night, I was half awake and became aware that I was dreaming, but instead of really being in my dream, I was more like just encouraging the dream to continue, because I didn’t want to wake up yet. I’m getting there.
LenaCa Enjoying life!
Of all things, it was a sex dream, and I was doing naughty things, and then like nah, I don’t do this, and I said to myself that I’m dreaming! Well, I really want to keep going with this practice. I keep my dream journal more often now, and pay attention to my dreams!
Dreams have always been something that has really fascinated me. I think it would be amazing to have a lucid dream. I just can’t seem to get myself to have one. Any tips?
I’ve kind of done this, but not really. Since I’ve started trying to do this, I’ve had 2 occasions where I realized I was dreaming. Once I realized I was dreaming as I was walking through this doorway, and then I was unable to do anything. I just stood in the doorway knowing I was asleep until I woke up. The next time I realized I was dreaming and for some reason decided I wanted to wake up, but couldn’t. I could hear the sounds in the real world in my room around me, but couldn’t make my eyes open or move any parts of my body, which was kind of scary.
Guess I’ll keep trying…

I’ve only ever done this. For me there is no other way unless I am so dead asleep that I don’t dream at all and that rarely happens.
I had never even heard of “lucid dreams” until 2 minutes ago reading through this site. It’s hard for me to believe that there are people who aren’t conscious in their dreams or who can’t control their dreams…??? hhhhmmmmm although my husband doesn’t dream at all…everyone is different.
Annemaart Je suis comme je suis, je suis fait comme ca
Not really sure I want to do this anymore. Yesterday I pretty much had the dream I would have morphed my lucid dream into if I’d had one. It was nice. But waking up left me feeling so empty…
I’m keeping it on my list for now…
Since 5 days ago. So far I had 2 very short seconds of consciousness. The first time was floating above my body in a rocking motion. The second time was being where I was, but it was like I was looking through my eyelids. But the THIRD time (today)... as I woke up at 9am… went downstairs and listened to some Hemi-Sync ‘Brainwave Mind Voyages’ for about an hour whilst trying to sleep, I went back to bed because I couldn’t sleep downstairs doings this (as the audio was on my PC). So I was in bed at about 10am… and then it started to happen. I was playing a gameboy-like thing in my brother’s room, I think my goal was to set my soul free through his window (or retrieve it rather, with the window being shut), and in order to do this I had to play the game… it was me in my old school canteen (a lot different), waiting for my friends. They walked past me and ignored me, smirking. So I said “Fine ignore me then” out loud to the public when it was supposed to go to my friends. My arm was sticking out and I couldn’t put it down. So then apparently soon I’d realise I’ve recovered my soul (or rather, conjointed consciousness with my dream). I believed it to be entirely real at the time. Although I wasn’t fully conscious yet. My brother invited some friends.. I thought ‘fair enough, he’s got some mates round’. Then more came, and more; then I had a strong motive to find out what was going on. So I went downstairs… Just before entering my dining room there was a big chap with dreads sat down. I was about to say “Excuse me” to get past him, but he aggressively pushed me. I flew backwards as if near zero-gravity, feeling no pain at all. Landing near my front door I realised I’d just been literally PUSHED into lucidity. At this moment I was 100% conscious and was AMAZED. My body was floating off the floor and spinning and a slow rate, and I said and heard myself say ‘stop spinning..’ and then tried to rub my hands together to keep lucidity. At this point I woke up, instantly my eyes opened and I was conscious of exactly what just happened.
:)
How do you start a lucid dream? I hardly ever have dreams that I can remember…
