"It was weird at first being nekked in the water, but got use to it after a while!"

How I did it: At a party with some friends...fact that my g/f at the time was with me helped a bit too... :p It was at night, so it wasn't like everyone could see everything right away...and everyone else was doing it anyway, so I just grit my teeth and away the clothes went!

Lessons & tips: If you're really nervous about it, take small steps. Try doing it by yourself at first, if you're REALLY nervous. Then maybe do it with some friends and people you trust. Going to co-ed spas where there is co-ed nudity helps too.

    It was a great experience! I’d been thinking about doing it for a long time, then while I was in Norway, which has great naturist traditions, I tried it. I didn’t even mind the cold ;-)

    Now I can’t think of going to the seaside any other way!

    Anyone needs help finding a place to do it in Italy?

    Freedom and relaxation are the two great, awesome benefits of skinnydipping! You learn to be comfortable with yourself, especially if others are around. Figure out a way to make it happen!

    i went to this party and I hid behind a pool floaty-thingy and i took off my bathing suit and had it off for like 10 seconds. I think that counts plus i plan on doing it again sometime, but longer.

    I grew up skinnydipping every day but I’m not sure it’s as fashionable any more. The water here in Kentucky is pretty damn cold year-round. I might have to go back to Georgia or Texas first.
