    I'm on the right track. 5 months ago

    I’ve been doing this consistently for about 2 weeks now, and although it is rough, and results are not quite satisfying yet, I know they are coming.
    My body feels great doing 30+ minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and strength training 2-3 days a week.
    I thought this was going to be impossible for me since I was never much into working out, but I move at my own pace, even if it requires staying at the gym an extra hour, I try to feel satisfied before I leave the gym.

    I have fallen out of the habit of hitting the gym for the past few years. I have been back for about 3 weeks and love the feel of accomplishment when I am working out and when I leave
