is making this goal impractical actually. I’m putting this on hold indefinitely.

Let’s see how many chins I can do later this week…
this is worth doing you get a great feeling when you can do something great. you should never back down from a chance to better yourself this is one of those chances.

In the past, most of the time I failed because:
1. Overeager -> led to overtraining -> no good
2. Impractical routine -> everything that requires me to travel 30 mins to the gym will probably not get done as often as I want to
3. Setting too ambitious a target without knowing my own body
So this time for both pushup and chinup, I’m going to build slowly. I’m giving myself 20 weeks to achieve 20 chinups—increase by one each week.

This goal is to balance the strength of my pulling muscles with my pushing muscles. I’m going to do this Pavel Tsatsouline’s style, Greasing the Groove, starting with a few sets of one pullup.
