I’d love to look like a underwear model, but I’ll settle for being very toned. Right now I’m 6’2” 200 lbs, and I’d like to be down to 190, but with a more muscular, toned build. I’m not that far away.

I try to be in good shape each time when i feel that my body becomes too weak. For this what i do weekly: 1) yoga asanas to make my body strong and stretched 2) 30 minut running without stops each sunday in the evening. Yoga is a really great practice for mind and body. How yogs say: yoga lets body to be strong and mind be in piece.
I want to be in better shape, I want to look good enough to feel good standing beside my gorgeous girlfriend

My wife has been teaching classes this week on the nights I hit the gym. Since she doesn’t get home until after I normally would I added 30 minutes to my gym night Monday and 45 minutes tonight. I also started early today, so it was a very full workout. I climbed for 3 hours and 20 minutes tonight and boy can I feel it. I normally climb for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
