i want to lose 2 stone and my stomach toned up
any ideas
Well, since I last wrote – I’m still running and in order to make that a bit easier I decided to do the Tesco EDiet thing. I’m just about to start week 5 of that and have already lost 11lb – so am well on the way to my 2 stone target.
I feel so much better already.
The Tesco EDiet is great for those folks who, like me, dont have time to sit down and plan meals. I chose the Vegetarian plan, it generates a weeks worth of meals which can be substituted for other things on a huge long list (so there’s always something that I like), then you just print off your shopping list. So the hardest bit is cooking and eating the food.
It’s great!
Not beeing doing too well with this one, but 2 weeks ago I started running in an effort to fulfil another ambition that is on my list, so hoping that in a few weeks I will be able to update this with some weight loss.

I’m afraid to get weighed at the moment but I think I’m about 13stones ( but no more than that).I’ve never been anywhere close to this weight before. 10 1/2 stones is a good weight for me. I therefore need to get down to 11 fairly rapidly. I know how to do it, I just need the willpower, but after reading a few entries from other people, I don’t feel so alone and feel more empowered to succeed. Cutting out the wine will make a big difference. This time I’m not waiting until Monday morning to start, it starts today Friday 15th June 2007!! Wish me luck.
Well I’m back on the diet- Have lost a further 5lbs… dunno how long I can keep this up tho because I’m rubbish at dieting!
Lost 4lb so far… Not much coz i keep putting it back on again or quitting diets and health regimes and improve my lifestyle programmes.
But, I’m certain I’ll get there.
I resolved today to really start making a go of this. After giving up on being with the one i love to hate… and deciding that sulking about it wasn’t going to get me anywhere and knowing that he’s given up on me and well and truly moved on I decided that it’s about time I got healthy. Not just lose weight for the sake of doing so… but so that I can feel good about me again from the inside out.
I made a bad start as I decided to say goodbye to all my rubbish food stuffs by saying hello again at the same time. I couldn’t be bothered to cook so had take away for tea- I KNOW I KNOWWW. But tomorrow I really will get started on this.
If anyone has any tips or whatever I’d be glad to hear them!!!! REALLY GLAD :).
I’m thinking on doing a 28-day-detox first and then going into healthy eating ‘permanently’. It’s no good just having a faddy diet only to put the weight back on again straight after- or to revert back to the way I am now where exercise is getting up to turn the tv over when I’ve lost the remote- HAHA or walking to college- (which doesn’t happen very often :)). So yes- This time I really want this for me and no one else!!!! AND I WANT IT TO WORK!!!!
Well, lets see I have an echo bar and a packet of maltesers inside me now because I feel rubbish because I’m having “relationship difficulties”... I’m considering eating a whole pizza that I ordered all to myself – so this is NOT going well!
