have a great time running the full-marathon in the calgary stampede roadrace 2006

between the general apathy i’ve felt in this department since returning to calgary, and the staunch refusal of my knees to co-operate, i’m slotting this one for next year.

so, because i seem to be rather extrinsically motivated, i figure if i am going to really do this ironman thing in 2007, then i better get my butt back in gear soon. as such, my friend shann and i are looking to complete the marathon in this year’s calgary stampede road race.

while i may get a few runs in over the next few months. i will be travelling around a bit too much to commit to a training program.

looking forward to starting this when i get home.
