get rolfed

I’m actually, finally, doing this!

After only two sessions, I am quite certain that this will be life-changing for me. Today was the ‘grounding’ session, and I can feel my body continuing to integrate the new sensation as I write.

but my body is pretty uneven. Part of it is scoliosis from just being too infernally tall, and I don’t know if maybe I’m too old to fix some of my structural issues, but I’d like to try and it sounds like Rolfing could do it.

Its so funny how sometimes the Lord answers our questions so quickly. Yesterday on my bus ride, I chatted up a woman who regularly rides that route and we decided to exchange services. I will organize for her and she will do body work on me. Perfect!

I probably think about this at least every other day. I feel that I am not aligned like I should be. I want this so bad. How will I ever afford it?

for next Tuesday. I’m looking forward to it, also, since bodywork pain has never much deterred me.

Asked my teach for her number and he said he’d e-mail it to me.

My acting teacher says he has a “pay-what-you-want” Rolfer. I am getting her number tomorrow.

so I am going to try to get the last three sessions covered in January.
