I worked on the reelection campaign of Clark County Commissioner Myrna Williams. I learned a lot about grassroots politics and the mechanics of winning an election. We won the primary by a good margin and the general election by a landslide. It was a lot of fun. I worked with some great people, and I enjoyed being part of a winning team. Now I want to do this again for a friend of mine running for City Council in nearby Boulder City.

Well, except in the race for governor, which Carcieri won. But Whitehouse defeating Chafee helped reshape the Senate. In your face Phinster! :P

Republicans give me hives and the current president makes me literally sick to my stomach. I know some republicans I like, but not many. For my own health and that of the nation I would really like to see a Democrat in the oval office.
