MayaSolyh Roooooars!
Instead of trying to do 15 minutes with my ADHD-mind, I though it would be better to start with 10 calm minutes.
An actually I did pretty good the last 4 days.
No bouncing of the walls, but I kept pretty cool.
It is really good progress this stillness in my mind.

Wow, a lot of people aming to meditate daily. That is positive.
I am having ADHD and really wish to find my peace, without using medicine.
I think Nico has a nice point. To at least hold it up for 30 days.
I want to long term is to meditate for a half our a day, but I really start to bounce if I try. This months goal would be 15 minutes a day for a whole month.
Everyone, love and joy in the road to meditation!
Is easy/effortless when you can let go of stress… I think I found my answer!
LittleToe is staying at home
my psychologist told me to try this at home. I did it today.
I made soup for myself and while i was at it i completely blocket out everything around me and only payed attention to the soup. I watched the color of the soup change and how the flavor changed as well, how the brokkoli made the soup change color and smell. Then i poured stirrled egg in the soup and watched how the yellow color mixed together with the green brokkoli. It looked to beautiful.
Then i sat down with my bowl and started to eat and smell and taste and feel how my mouth, throat and stomach celebrated getting the soup inside.
I do recomment this one!
