Well, I attended and participated in the 2 Boot Camp sessions. It was tough going, but I persevered! Need to add 1 walk/run to this and I will be doing 3 sessions of exercise a week!

I have neglected doing this for ever so long…..!
Just signed up for 6 weeks of group personal training. Will be attending twice a week for the next 6 weeks. Did 1 hour today – I survived! But I am so unfit!
Here’s to better fitness by Christmas!

Went to the Gym today. also had an assessment and metabolism, endurance and fitness has improved!
My PT is working on another exercise plan for me

I did it! I went to the gym and did an hour’s Pilates class! That’s my 3rd exercise session this week! Now I have to maintain and improve on this effort.

I exercised for 43 minutes yesterday – 20mins on threadmill; 20mins on bike and 3 mins on recumbant bike. I’m happy with my progress.

Yesterday, I went to the gym and exercised for almost an hour. I hadn’t been since 7/5/09. Another “new” start.
I can only look forward and give this another attempt at consistency.
What stops me? Being a single mum and having to balance working long hours and parenting a teenager…dealing with the many other demands of my life. I need to focus, simplify my life and get on top of this
