How to grow my own herb garden by crazed73

"Worth doing, I wish I had used what I grew!"

How I did it: I planted seeds, watered them almost everyday and watched as little sprouts took over. I had basil, cilantro, parsley, chives, and dill. I only used them a few times before they died, I wish I had used what I had more often.

    I really want to grow my own herbs, in recycled tins :), I just think they will look so nice on my kitchen window sill! Also I like the idea of having fresh herbs to hand everytime I wish to use them.

    Firstly I think I need to decide what I want to grow and then save the tins to grow them in.
