I got really close to a perfect cheesecake with my last foray into Adventures in Cheesecake. There weren’t any cracks, it tastes wonderful, but there were still some imperfections. There were a couple of bubbles in the cake itself, and the crust was a bit crumbly. I think that with the next one, I’ll get it. :D
I made an Orange Chocolate Swirl cheesecake, which I decorated with fresh whipped cream and chocolate filigree. I need to work on my chocolate piping, but I was very pleased with everything overall.
