    Ugh. 3 years ago

    I have no energy.

I seriously think something may be wrong with me. I sleep all the time. Back in the day, I used to get up at five, run, go to school until 3, go to cross country practice/ meetings/ volunteer work, do homework, help with dinner, go study some more, and eventually fall asleep, with the lights still on, on a pile of books.

    What the hell happened?

I seriously struggle to stay awake in class now. I take naps every day. I hope I’m not anemic. I take 24329402 vitamins and supplements, but maybe I have an absorption problem. Calcium can affect the absorption of iron…but then Vitamin C helps with that...arrgh I don’t know. I try so hard to be healthy. Tisn’t fair.

I think I might go get a blood test at Student Health this week. It is so frustrating having so much to do and no energy to do it. This is an overachiever’s nightmare.

But in any case I am forcing myself to exercise every day this week because I need to because my body does not like to produce serotonin. AWESOME.

I will be abusing caffeine again from now on. Sorry body. You let me down.

    Monday – yoga, walk dog
Tuesday – circut training, walk dog
    Wednesday – yoga, walk dog
Thursday – circut training, walk dog
Friday – run in the morning, yoga, walk dog
Sat – take dog to cross country trails
Sunday – weights, yoga, walk dog

This is unrelated, but oh gosh I love my housemate and how she has crushes on the Disney Channel babes and is currently watching Cadet Kelly intently while eating Ramen noodles WHAT WILL I DO WHEN I HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF THIS HOUSE! Oh actually this is related because I’ll be leaving the dog too, and that’ll be half my exercise routine gone right there. Crap.
