    I am doing all my best 2 days ago

    I am now 63-64 , only 3-4 kgs are waiting to be removed .

    I should do :
    Sport : i hv time 1once a week only
    Eat Less : but i cant coz i will get less energy and I won’t concentrate on studies.

    So what should I do ?



    I want to fit my clothes 5 months ago

    I have lovely clothes, they look and feel best on someone that fits into them comfortably. I want to be that person by August 2009

    i split some ice cream with h, i suppose that was this weeks sugar allotment.

    other than that, doing okay. not enough protein i guess.

    too many carbs yesterday. also fried food. as usual. we always fry our food.

    breakfast: 2 pieces of bread w. peanutbutter, water
    lunch: raisin bread
    snack: raisin bread
    dinner: mashed potatoes, fried gluten chicken, chick peas, carrots, onion, coconut milk
    snack: tea

    ate a bit much yesterday. especially carbs. and not enough protein. all in all eating was pretty messed up what with travelling and sleeping in.

    breakfast: 1 roll of bread
    lunch: left over sushu
    dinner: veggie stir fry
    snack: soy stir fry, 3 pcs of bread

    i need to take this more seriously. also, i put a deadline on this goal so hey. now it starts

    i set this goal for my birthday in december. i need to sort my practices out so i can realize it. that means eating better. damnit.

    regime for food intake:
    1. liten tallrik

    2. ta en gång

    3. ideal: 1/5 carbs, 2/5 protein, 2/5 veggies

    for me this is about loosing that tub of fat on my tummy and thighs and removing a reasons for stigma. i’m pretty messed up about being chubby. it’s about feeling lighter. it’s about feeling healthier.

    i’m working on this through walking exercise and eating healthier. my health doesn’t really allow me to run or do crazy stuff like that.



    Get back to my normal weight 3 years ago

    I’ve already lost 8 kgs of the 20 kgs I gained after moving to the Middle East – I have 12 more to go to be my optimum weight of 60 kgs.

    I really want to lose it many many months before I get married in August
