I like keepin in shape I hope i’ll always be un shape.I like doin exercises at home practisin joggin and runnin and whenever I feel bored , busy or havin exams I like walkin i used to walk half an hour everyday ,I moved my treadmill toward tv in order to get benifit by watchin discovery channels while i’m doin my workout i usually burn more and more callories than I intend to burn coz time passes so quickly when u r involvin urself in doin other things at the same time u r practisin ur daily exercises as u will not focus ur attention at the time and the amount of callories u burn.

This wasnt easy at first but i have really seen the results and they are good.

I dont go to the gym or exercise,i just changed my eating habits and i can confidently say im in better shape than when i was with my ex…...
im learning to love myself more and more and im making progress

Keeping in shape is important to me. I’m a self-confessed gym addict but from time to time I know that I would need a bit of an extra push to get myself to the gym.

So aside from friends and the trainers at the gym, I’ve signed myself up with fitness community online and they have helped me a lot in terms of motivation, exercise programs and fitness questions.

I do a paper-round on monday,tuesday,wednesday and thursday. I get up at half past six and i do half an hour riding when i deliver the papers. Does this qualify as keeping fit and in good shape? If i do four days a week that’s two hours riding a week and eight hours riding in a month. Most of my friends don’t even walk to school let alone ride half an hour each morning. I also walk to school but it isn’t that far and i’ve got into the swing of doing a bit of yoga. I am only thirteen but i’m not sure if i should be doing more exercises. What do you think?

For the past three or four months, I have been swimming a mile a week. It’s a half mile on Monday and another on Thursday. I think, this qualifies as keeping fit.

I feel very well when i´m in shape, i don´t want to be overweighted (it is said like this?) so i have to control myself with food (it´s not so difficult, but i don´t pay attention).
I want to arrive at 55 with a good shape, not like almost all spanish i know of this age.
