I put on a bunch of weight.
I’m so stressed out that I have lost it all.
I’m actually close to what I should weigh now.
As far as exercise I need to do some sit ups and maybe some inner thigh work other than that not too bad.
Gotta love the misspelled goals :)

I’m so unfit, I don’t do any exersize and i’ve gained wieght over x-mas i want to tone up for summer, but i just don’t know how… Any tips??

the 10 minute workout.
This is VERY doable for me, in fact DIY girl did the Yoga DVD with me. She knows the moves because they had one of the mom’s come once a week, to their school, at lunchtime to teach yoga to the kids if they wanted to just join in.
Another mom taught knitting. ADD boy liked that because I had shown him how to make a hat.

EXERSIZE .
I ordered some dvd’s called 10 minute workouts.
I know that I have to be careful not to kick my own butt so this is a good place to start. Also, I plan on walking when I can.

I wish to be able to run on a regular basis. I also want to be strong enough to do 20 continuous chin ups, 50 push ups and jump rope for 10 minutes w/o stopping.
I also want to acheive this w/o a gym membership. Wish me Luck! I’m going to strap on the running shoes here in a minute and go for it starting today.
