My spring and fall seasonal allergies were awful. Over the years, I have taken Zyrtec, AllegraD, Claritin, Sudaphed, etc. These past two years I have been using a neti pot (google it) with a saline solution. You can buy these now at any drug store for less than 20 dollars. You are basically washing the pollen out of your nostrils. A little strange at first, but it really works – with no side effects. Dr. Oz, Oprah and others recommend it. You can even watch people use it on youtube if you need to see it being done. Good Luck! 3 years ago

Just get immunotherapy (allery shots). It works great. You might also get dust mite covers on all of your bedding. 3 years ago

Bought a HEPA vacuum and used it, then steamed my carpet. Gave both cats a bath. Plan to take my big comforter to the laundromat today. I guess there’s no use in worrying about my mattress since I’ll be replacing that in the next few weeks anyway. 3 years ago

I have tried everything. I started Zyrtec a few days ago and slept for 17 hours. It didn’t help my allergies at all, and now I can’t keep my eyes open. My nose still runs constantly and my eyes are watery and red. 5 years ago

Whatever is wrong with me isn’t allergies because medicines don’t really make a difference. I just want to keep the inside of my nose moist enough so it doesn’t feel like it is burning at times. 5 years ago
