Refinance my Home

I’ve been under the thumb of a nasty nasty bunch of crooks called Litton Loan Servicing for many years. Today, I signed the refi papers and am free! It’s a mixed blessing. On the one hand, I no longer have the stress of Litton. On the other hand, they tacked on an additional $15,000 in assorted fees. I wanted away from them too badly to call off the refi. I have no $$ for the home improvements I’d planned – that went to Litton. I have to decide whether to do legal battle with them.

But I am free and my home is with a reputable lender. So it’s well worth it even if I have to eat the $15,000!

Woo Hoo. Go Sandy Go Sandy. I finally faced my fears of being taken advantage of by some big banking institution. Yesterday I called my bank and I went through the refinance process got a great deal and by February I will be able to pay off some HUGE chunks of debt. Woo hoo, Go Sandy!
