I’m taking Dianetics and was in the middle of it when I started the marriage & communication course with Mc Martyr and home remodel.

All of that is done now and the kids are back in school so time to do something for myself.

the basic study manual which is/will be helpful with myself AND my kids.

I’m now starting on the Dianetics book.

Everything I have studied is to help people in their daily life.

I would have finished fasted but mcpoopy was playing softball 3 nights a week and fishing on his Fridays off.

I had a long talk with mcpoopy and we talked about couples counseling.(we have done it many times before in the past)
You can take a class on it here too and it is very similar to what we did before and after we got married in the Catholic church.
He’s like, call that Dr, that we were referred to. I’m like, I don’t know your schedule, you do.

Target & Goals

and the most difficult drill was the very first one: Sit There.
All I had to do was sit quietly for 5 mins with my eyes closed and not move or talk.

The other ones were easy like start a conversation with a stranger which would be hard for most people. LOL

The thing with the classes is you need to be able to use them in you day to day living. I used one of them just the other day with ADD boy. I asked him if had read these 4 Star Wars Book. He answered,”They Sucked” So I asked him again repeatedly, Did you read them? until he said, “I read the first one and I did not like it. I asked if he was planning on reading the others and when he said, “No” I asked if I could give them to Nutty’s son Pez boy who LOVES Star Wars and he said, “Sure.”
It was a lot of work but I was able to get a straight answer out of him. It will come in handy if some real questions come up with my kids in the future because they know I’m not going to let up.

Unfortunately I had to bring the kids to class with me & DIY girl was listening when this gal was taking a similar course. Now she likes to play, How NOT to answer a question with me! The little stinker!

There is so much information available online about Scientology. The craziness is so far-gone it’s scary.

Personal Values and Integrity course.

One of the things that has been a bit of a grey area had been all of the flirting I have been doing. I don’t feel 100% like this is something that I should or should not be doing. Most of the time McSmarty is right there when guys come on to me. There may be a time when he and I are in a bad place in our relationship and I may be tempted to cross a line. I do believe in Karma and I would not like for him to do that to me.

I like being an honest person with morals, values and integrity.

is about improving relationships with others. It focuses on communication among it’s topics. If you don’t have good communication with someone you generally don’t have a very good relationship and vice versa.

I do like getting out of the house at night to take these courses.

was all about being a better parent.
Mostly it just let me know what a good job I was doing :)

on dealing with lifes ups & downs. It was helpful. I have my workbook and I want McSmarty to read it.
Part of how our day goes is by who we hang out with. I do agree that some people are negative and bring me down. This course talked about how to deal with people like that. Sometimes you do have to disconnect from them. The timing was interesting because I just recently had to do this to my mil.Other times you have no choice but it helps to learn how to handle them. This is what I have had to do with my mom. She will be at my Bothers home and she & my kids just adore each other. This class helped me confirm that what I have been doing has been the right thing.
The Nutty Belgian called me and I think she has been the most difficult to handle. I think I did a great job lat night when she called me. I was not drained at all, like I have been in the past with her 2 + hours negative calls.
I asked my instructor if my avoiding my friends due to my fibromyalgia (when they ask,”How are are?” I stopped saying, “I feel like crap.” Now I say,”I’m hanging in there”) because I don’t want to be negative. She said that I don’t do out of my way to bring people down it is just what is going on in my life.
I have lost contact with many nice acquaintances because of my illness. I have been working on turning that around lately. McSmarty was never a very social person but I live for being with people I miss it.
I’m going to take a class on parenting. I can use all the tools I can get my hands on to help me dealing with ADD boy. He has such amazing potential, I want him to reach it to it’s fullest.
DIY girl is fine so far, but PMS has not kicked in yet….
