and allowed me to start my workdays earlier. Definitely worth doing.

I am doing pretty well, but I don’t feel like it is a solid habit yet. Another week of this and I hope to feel that way about it. I still don’t like getting up early, even though I am doing it pretty regularly.
I go back to work tomorrow after being on vacation for three weeks; I figure this is the perfect time to begin the getting up earlier habit. Of course, it will help if I go to bed earlier; so I plan to be in bed by 9:30pm tonight. It is so early to go to bed, but it will make a difference in the morning!
