buy a nursing bra

I just purchased my first nursing bra and thank god I did. I chose a bra from Bravado. I found this nursing bra information site helpful when choosing my first nursing bra. Good luck to all.

C.C. Bear Designs sells a great nursing bra made by aMAMAnte!, it is very comfortable during the day and at night. I had very heavy/large breasts when nursing so it was tough to find something that was comfortable. They also have a built in indicator system to help you remember which breast to start the next feeding.

Used to wear wacoal and other expensive brands, but now I get cotton nursing bras from Target. They’re comfortable, practical, and functional.

decided it wasn’t worth the $$ since I already have three from previous babies.

A fantastic investment. I have favourite brands, but the big thing is comfort and no underwire.

Do not underestimate the ‘psychological boost’ power of a pretty nursing bra. But most of all, be comfortable, and supported. Underwiring should be avoided for most people, because of the risk of plugged ducts.
