Learn to draw/paint.

I wish i could draw cartoon people or other stuff.
All i can draw is stick man but i wish i could draw

I always have paper and a pen with me when I’m out and about for my writing and I keep wishing that I could sketch people. Sometimes you see some great scenarios or characters in life. When I try to draw people, they always end up looking like potatoes. Potatoes with lips.

It can’t go on.

I’d like to be able to create something other than a stick figure.

just pick up something that makes a make on any sort of canvas. be it wall sidewalk table tree flesh couch or imagination. apply pressure and move hand foot mouth or genitals, you know where ever you chose to place said marking utensil. thats it. nothing more. you are now an artist. you just learned how to draw slash paint. its that easy. take a picture or scan said beastie and put it in a ‘zine and make some money at your local magazine/comic shop.

since young i really fond of drawing but i don’t have the talent… i can’t even draw a perfet circle!

I was recommended the Candid Arts Trust by a friend today for drawing and painting courses so just sent them an email to enquire about their courses, as their online calendar looks a bit out of date.

So I bought pencils and a sketchbook the other day and am attempting to learn.

i even attempt..
i just get so discouraged.
like for instance..
i was drawing pictures with a 3 year old
and i cant even draw the simplest of things..

is this really something i can teach myself how to do?

And I want to get even better
