Man I weighted myself today and I weigh freaken 141 lbs!!! I need to lose all those sick lbs!!!! HELP!!!! I want to be 100 lbs sooo bad!!!! I’ve been working out for one month but not seeing ANY result!!!!

My names Maddison Ashley, Im 16 and live in Liverpool. Im 5ft 6 and weigh 138lbs. Im a size 10 but I have muscular legs. I want to lose at LEAST 125lb at least. I have been doing really well but today I must have eaten about 1900 calories, and thats no exaggeration. I don’t seem to have lost a lot of weight and i really want to. Can Anyone Help At All?!
its called natures own double fiber bread, and it only has 50 calories per slice. and the slices are like bigger that white bread slices. it keeps you ful and a sandwhich with turkey is just 130 calories.
one for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and uv only eaten 390 cals.

hi ya Im new but I want to be skinny! so I can look good doing my catorition. right know im 118 and 5”4/ 5”5 feet inches. any good diets to help? I sometimes jog everyday for 20 min but im rly busy l8tly

and I seriously think that if your goal is to be skinny the best thing to do is to do exercise and eat healthily. And no, that doesn’t mean cutting out your favourite food(s) completely. Eat them in moderation.

As someone who recovered less than a year ago from anorexia, I can say “skinny” is not all it’s cracked up to be. I wish I’d learnt it sooner, and I could have got quite a few years of my life back.
I think everyone should be healthy, but skinny and healthy are two very separate things.
Last year, around Christmas time, i bordered on being a fully blown anorexic. I’m not trivialising eating disorders, they’re really serious, but i wish i could just stop eating again. I’m healthy, slim, but curvy (in the right places). But i do look at women in the media and wish i was skinny. I know if i eat fruit and veg and exercise, it’ll happen, but i lost 20 pounds in a short amount of time, and felt amazing. I was bloody hungry though. Anyway, my goal is to get thin the healthy way, and to stay that way.
