Well originally I had compliment someone everyday but I remember reading that it’s good if goals are quantifiable so hopefully I’ll always do this but I want to do a test month of complimenting someone new. September 1st is coming up so day 1 is close!

Who wouldn’t want to make the world a better place for somebody else. I find that when I feel self conscious that I can just try to think of compliments that people have paid me and it helps me feel confident. I should do the same for others.

The reason I couldn’t do this effectively was not because I didn’t want to. Research basically turns you into a hermit and you don’t see anyone and you never go out. I suppose I see my boyfriend nearly every day, and I could compliment him every day but I think most often I do!! I tried my hardest but I could have tried harder. So yes, this is lame… but once I am back in the real world I will try again EVEN HARDER.
