    Five kilos gone. I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep it off as the weightloss has been purely due to illness but all achievements must be celebrated!

    Which is all I can hope for at the moment. With everyting going on in my life I don’t think it’s a good idea to concentrate on this too much or it will just lead to bad things. The plan it to keep to this weight until things are looking a bit calmer again.

    Although not in a healthy way. I’ve been so stressed and sick since the start of the year it’s simply fallen off without trying. Bad sign for my health in general though. But now I’m here I’ll try not to put it back on again at least.

    This isn’t an urgent thing, I’m a little on the chubby side and my doctor has suggested what I should be aiming for. As this is long term nothing drastic, just thinking about what I eat and getting a bit of regular exercise should do the trick

    I am setting an early new years resolution to lose 5 kilos. Already lost 5 over the past year or so. Would like to lose another 5, faster than I have so far, healthily and happily.

    This goal is a tough one! I am going to the gym alot, but haven’t really seen much result yet.

    I want to lose a few kilos!
    I am not overweight at all, but just want a flat stomach.
    I am 164cms and i weigh 56 kilos.
    I want to slim down my legs, cause they are very muscly (especially my thighs) and flatten the stomach.
    I currently work out alot (once a day at least) this is a mixture of cardio and weight training.
    My problem is my obsession with junk food.
    I still eat my three-five healthy meals a day, but also love chips and chocolate.
    Any ideas????
