go to see the Alvin Ailey Dancers

I have had the good fortune to see this work twice. The first was a gift from myself to my older sister. I had thought she might want to take her husband so I bought them two tickets as an anniversary gift. She decided to take me – and we both thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the evening.

They returned to Sadlers Wells the following year – and this time I did not hesitate to book us two tickets so that we could relive that awesome experience.

I have seem these beautiful and talented dancers on televison. I would love to see a live performance!

I’ve been a fan for years…seen them several times and they are wonderful, my favorite dance company of all time. Sometimes they have rehearsals/showings in their studio in NYC…my dad and I went once and Twyla Tharp was there!

I went to see the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre this past April, when they came to Cleveland’s Playhouse Square!

When they perform at UC Berkeley this weekend. They are absolutely amazing.

it was one of the most moving performances i have ever seen. i would see them again in a heartbeat.

They actually came to our school and gave a performance when I was in highschool. I got to see it because I was in drama class at the time (and only drama students were allowed to attend the performance.) Very nice:)

I’ve always wanted to see this dance company perform. I think the experience would be great for my children and myself.
