But my other half is a type A. Which means that she’s just the opposite… Very little meat, mostly veggies, with some fowl and fish. But we’ve compiled a list of common good foods, and common stuff that’s off-limits, and we’re working from there.
Bread and starchy stuff is a no-no for both of us though… unless it’s made with rice flour. So, we’re gonna try to keep breads to a minimum but eat rice bread when we do have it, and eat a lot of chicken, turkey, and fish stuff.
