I’m hoping to save about $800 by the summer so I can buy a new computer for gaming. I have a laptop already, but other than using it for school work it isn’t very useful for much else. How I did it: Well...I ended up with a normal job about 9 months ago and just recently went full time for the holiday season. I told myself it was going to be impossible to do Nano this year unless I got my own system and that I really had no excuse not to purchase one any longer. So two weeks ago, I put in an order. I now own a refurbished Lenovo U400 ideapad with an i5 processor. Works like a champ, despite the touch pad being a bit wonky at times (that's universal across the u-line models, not because it's a refurb).
