Scream really loud without worrying about how loud I'm screaming or who's around

It was awesome. I’m always a very quiet person, however, I just wanted to do this one day. It was the last day of high school and people had always yelled across the hall at other people. Well, on my way to fourth period I saw my brother down the hall so I just screamed his name. He didn’t hear me (as the hall was jammed pack with loud, talkative teenagers), but it was awesome to do.

i did this in my car. that’s the best place i can think of to do it. actually, i’ve done it more than once. i did it when a homeless dog that i had been wanting to help (but didn’t) died at the side of the road. i also have done it at times when i boil over with rage towards my mother.

I do this every weekend
