I started losing weight back in November (2008). I have lost 45 pounds (but may have gained some back during the last month). Time to get back in motion.

Well, I’ve lost 3.7 lbs. It may not seem much but it means I can do it. Our vow renewal ceremony is in less that 2 years and want to look better and healthier than I did when we first were married. I want to knock my husbands socks off (LOL).
I have gained a lot of weight since having children. My body seems foreign to me. My goal is to lose all the weight by my 35th birthday. I have broken down my goals so that I lose 1.5 lbs. a week, 3 lbs. every 2 weeks, 6.5 every month, 26 lbs. every 3 months, 39 lbs. every 6 months & 78 lbs. every year until my goal. I just need to think of short-term and long-term rewards because motivation is lacking since my life is crazy.
I started at 327, I’m down to 187 now with 62 lbs. to go till I reach my goal of 125 lbs. I just thought I’d add something else I’ve done to my little list…140 is a lot. I’ve already lost a whole person. It’s still hard to believe to me though…
I once weighed 330 pounds. It was the heaviest and most depressed time of my life. So, I changed my life. Dramatically. I ended up at 184 pounds in about a year and 2 months. If you want to change your life in a meaningful way, it’s totally possible.
I was 240 pounds at my heaviest. It took me over a year to lose it. I went from overweight and ashamed of myself, to being a succesfull model! You can do it too. Just have realistic goals, be smart about it, see your doctor to ensure your weight problem is not health related. Have fun doing it, eat smart, excersise, and enjoy your new look!
