about a week ago. I’m gonna get the last two pullups soon, and my best run is a 19:30, think I just had an off day. That would put me at 291, then its just slowly cutting that run time.

I bet my top a case of beer that I would do it. I got a 297 2 years ago. I really need to prove myself
I really want to get to a great goal… 300 of course is IDEAL, but I’m trying to work up to a 275. I’m at a 236 right now and am training to get up there…. sigh
The best I’ve done so far is a 235; 12 pull ups, 100 crunches, and a 22:10 3-mile run. I want to be able to say atleast once before I get out of the Marine Corps that I can do a 300 PFT.
I got a 247 today. I think maybe the last time I took the test the track was short because my run time is what got worse and I think I’ve been improving.
I told my SGT that I wanted to max the PFT within the next three months “no matter what” and that what I’ve been doing on my own just hasn’t been working so he’s been giving me extra PT sessions. I’m sore basically all the time but I think this is the only way I’m gonna get that 300.
