go to church twice a month

Our Science of Mind church is just too far away to make real connections with people. But, we stay connected to Spirit by being in nature and seeing God in everything. Staying present is staying spiritual.

During the summer there is a much closer small chruch that we’ll go to, though.

There is so much more joy when we stay home and appreciate each other and nature. Do I really want to go all the way (over 1 hr) to church when I can get spiritually fulfilled at home? I really just wanted to make some connections there at church. I need to decide if it’s worth the effort or not.

I always have good intentions of going, but then I talk myself out of it because it is so far away (it takes us 70 min to get there). My hubby never wants to go. It’s so difficult to balance. But I do want to go. I have to commit to going at least for two months, then reassess and see if I want to continue making the effort.

Missed going to church….again!

need to make this more focused. so if I go to church 7 times, I will have reached this goal. In Bible numerology, 7 is a number for complete. That does not mean that I will go to church 7 times then stop.

I have not been to church in a long time. Just have gotten out of the habit of getting up on Sunday mornings and going to church. My spiritual life has really suffered since I have stopped going to church. It may be that that is the thing that is missing in my life right now!
