This was a freaking spiritual experience. And OUTSIDE! Probably the best live show I’ve ever seen.

How I did it: I saw Radiohead last year on their "In Rainbows" tour at Lancashire county cricket ground in Manchester. It was such a perfect evening-watching the sunset after a beautiful summer's day whilst listening to MGMT and Bat For Lashes (Who were both fantastic!) and then finally seeing Radiohead perform the most amazing gig I've ever been to! -I had such a brilliant time, went with my 2 brothers who (although we are completely different age… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I took a trip to Montreal and stood outside in the rain for hours waiting for them to come on. and when they finally did it stopped raining. I was very close to the stage and they played everything I had wished they did and more. The experience could not have been any better. Read how I did it…

Not even sure why I’m trying to write anything about this. There are no words to describe how awesome it was to see Radiohead last night, on the final night of their US tour.
I want to do this again. And again. And again.
Tiny Dancer How liberating would it be to be totally organized??!!
I stole this post from a blog. I will probably make a playlist on my ipod of all the songs from the setlist so I can remember the concert.
“Tonight the band is in Vancouver to kick off the West Coast portion of the North American tour. They will be playing the Thunderbird Stadium on the grounds of the University of British Columbia. The support for tonight will be Liars.”
So far the band have soundchecked: Go Slowly twice, I Might Be Wrong, and Myxomatosis twice.

But it was still amazing and totally worth it!! I have wanted to see Radiohead live ever since the mid-90s when Pablo Honey and the Bends came out. After they released OK Computer I was totally sold, and since then they have been constantly trying new things and reinventing themselves. They played a lot of their new stuff, and while I know and love their older stuff best, their new album is pretty amazing as well so it was really neat to see a new and improved version of one of my all-time favorite bands. They are no longer a quirky underground alternative band. They are full-blown rock stars, with a high-budget light show and fancy tv moniters and equipment. Their stage show was very slick and professional, and they were dressed to the nines – in classy blazers and euro-style scarves. It reminded me of the last Audioslave show I saw where Chris Cornell was in a suit and he owned the stage and he knew it. A little cocky, but at the same time you need a presence to fill an arena. On the other hand, the last time I saw Pearl Jam all they had was a bare stage, their instruments and jeans and t-shirts, and their raw music was enough to fill the arena. I bet Radiohead could pull it off either way, but this show was definitely not one of those stripped down bare stage occasions!
